Adda Shoe Box

Adda Shoe Box by Prompt Design, Thailand, 2017

I must be part cat given my fixation with boxes. Shoe boxes, to be precise.

While I like shoes, I don’t have a fetish for them. A few pairs will suffice. But the boxes?

Bring ’em on!

Shoe boxes make ideal storage for anything small, including other boxes. That’s why I still have boxes for shoes I threw out years ago.

(Note: wife does not fully approve.)

Now, what if the shoe boxes look like miniature shipping containers, as shown here by Prompt Design in Thailand?

I may just have to buy many more shoes than I want or need just to complete the collection.

Purrrr.

Let’s hear it for uncommon sense: that inner itch that inspires us to stray from the herd, ditch the training wheels, and leap into the fast lane. After all, it’s the risk takers who get featured and interviewed. No one ever remembers who won “honorable mention.” And in today’s saturated marketspaces, the greatest risk is taking no risk at all.

So whether you’re seeking enlightenment or just entertainment, pull up an Eames, pour yourself a cold one, and enjoythe latest uncommon sense — and our 2 cents — from Atomic Tango Founder & Professor Freddy Tran Nager and friends. Our 300+ posts are sometimes serious, satirical, skeptical, even silly, but never stale.

by Freddy Tran Nager, Founder of Atomic Tango + Trader Joe’s Junkie… If we are what we eat, then I’m 99% Trader Joe’s. (In case you don’t know, Trader Joe’s is a beloved chain of low-priced gourmet food stores that’s more cult than grocery. Like Scientology with kale.) I’m lucky to live walking distance to […]
